Connexion between your cash register and your myPOS terminal - Paybridge configuration

🎯 What is it for?

When processing a payment, the amount is automatically sent to the payment terminal.
➡️ No need to enter the amount manually: you save time and avoid mistakes.

⚠️ Before You Start

✔️ The payment terminal and the POS system must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network
✔️ Only compatible with myPOS payment terminals that support installation of the kleek application

🛠️ Configuration :

1. Install the kleek application on the terminal

On your payment terminal:
  1. Open AppMarket


  2. Click on “Show all”


  3. Scroll down until you find the kleek application


  4. Click Install
     

2. Open kleek

  1. Launch the kleek application


  2. Go to the “PayBridge” tab


  3. Log in using your kleek account credentials:
    1. Email
    2. Password

  4. Once logged in, you will see the “Welcome” screen.
  5. Click on the ⚙️ icon (top right corner)


  6. Enter the 4-digit administrator password


  7. 👉 The IP address and port displayed in this window will be required to connect the POS system in the next steps.

On your POS system:
  1. Click on Devices (top right corner)


  2. Go to Payment / Terminal


  3. Click on Configuration under PAYBRIDGE


  4. Enter:
      
    1. The terminal IP address
    2. The port (default: 7070, to be verified)
  5. 👉 Optional setting:
    1. Check “Enable ticket printing directly from the terminal” only if receipts must be printed from the terminal.


  6. Click Validate ➡️ 

4. Usage

  1. Open the kleek application on the terminal.
    ➡️ Important: never leave the “Welcome” screen. The application must always remain on this screen to work properly.

  2. On the POS system: start a card payment or a Twint payment*

  3. The amount will automatically be sent to the terminal.

🔧 After Configuration (IMPORTANT)

To avoid disconnections, it is recommended to ask your IT technician or Internet provider to assign a fixed IP address to the terminal*.

Notes

🔍 In case of difficulties

Check that:
✔️ The kleek application is open (“Welcome” screen)
✔️ The terminal and the POS system are connected to the same Wi-Fi network
✔️ Restart the terminal if necessary

Also verify that:
  1. The terminal IP address has not changed
  2. No other device is using the same IP address
